Ask naturally
Speak or type in the way you normally talk. Short questions, full sentences, Hindi, English, and everyday Hinglish are all welcome.
BoloSite adds a helpful AI layer to a website. Ask by voice or text, get an answer from approved website information, and move to the right page, form, product, or next step.
Speak naturally. You do not need to memorise a command.
BoloSite sits on top of an existing website. It connects your natural question to the site owner’s approved knowledge and approved actions.
Speak or type in the way you normally talk. Short questions, full sentences, Hindi, English, and everyday Hinglish are all welcome.
BoloSite uses information selected by the website owner, such as pages, FAQs, policies, products, and sales details.
When allowed, it can scroll, open a section, guide you to a form, or help complete the next useful step.
These seven steps work on any website where the BoloSite orb appears.
Look for the round BoloSite orb near the bottom-right corner.
Your browser may ask for permission after you interact with the orb. You can choose text instead if speaking is not suitable.
This wakes BoloSite and starts voice listening. Wait for the orb to turn green before giving a longer request.
The chat panel opens with a text box, quick suggestions, voice controls, history, and answer tools.
Try “Show me pricing,” “Explain this simply,” or “Which option fits a small team?”
BoloSite may answer, scroll, open an approved section, or guide you into an approved form.
Ask a follow-up, speak over a reply to redirect it, close the panel with ×, or leave it inactive so it sleeps.
Double-click or double-tap the orb to open it. On desktop, drag the header to move the panel; its position resets after a page refresh.
Write up to 700 characters. Press Enter to send or Shift+Enter for a new line.
Enter / Shift+EnterTap a suggestion such as pricing, contact, demo, or setup help, then edit it if needed.
Add a simple emoji to your typed message without leaving the panel.
The microphone button controls voice input. Text chat still works when the mic is off.
See up to 24 recent spoken exchanges from the current page session. Refreshing starts a new session.
Switch the chat panel between light and dark independently from the website theme.
Use the speaker tool below an answer to hear it, then use the same control to stop playback.
Ask for another answer, then use previous and next controls to compare available versions.
Look at the bottom-right corner. Single-click the orb for voice, or double-click it for text. Try asking, “What is BoloSite?” or “Scroll down.”
The website does the searching work while you stay focused on your need.
BoloSite receives your spoken words or typed message and detects the language being used.
It works out whether you need information, navigation, comparison, support, or a form action.
It checks the website content and business knowledge provided by the owner.
The answer is matched to your language and the context of your conversation.
If approved, BoloSite can open, scroll, click, guide, or begin filling a form.
If an action is unavailable, ask for the nearest alternative or use the website controls directly.
Use these as ideas. Change the words, add context, or ask a follow-up naturally.
You provide the information, BoloSite fills the mapped fields, and you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming submission.
Say or type, “Help me fill the contact form.”
Give one field or several fields together: “My name is Asha and my email is…”
Say, “Change my phone number to…” or “Use my work email instead.”
Check names, contact details, selections, and the message before sending.
Submit only when you are ready, or say that you want to cancel the form process.
If you are unsure, check the orb and the status word inside the chat header.

Listen or interrupt politely. This hides the text panel and its history view. It does not immediately put the voice assistant to sleep.
When chat is closed and BoloSite is not thinking or speaking, it sleeps after about 60 seconds of inactivity.
Say “Hello” or “Hi,” or tap the orb. If voice input is off, open chat and turn the mic back on or keep typing.
Most issues can be solved by checking permission, colour, connection, or whether the website owner enabled the action.
Continue with text chat, or open your browser’s site permissions and allow the microphone for this website. Reload the page after changing permission.
Check that the mic icon is on, the orb is green, and no other app is using the microphone. Move closer, reduce background noise, or switch to text.
Cyan means BoloSite is thinking. Wait for the current request to finish. If the connection fails, use the text panel to retry once with a shorter request.
The action may not be approved on this website. Ask for the information instead, request the nearest available section, or use the website’s visible navigation.
Double-tap the orb to open chat, switch voice input off with the mic button, and type. Voice output can also be stopped from the answer’s speaker control.
Tell BoloSite exactly what to change, then inspect the visible form yourself. Do not confirm submission until every important field is correct.
Share only information required for your task. Treat passwords, payment data, OTPs, health information, and private identifiers carefully, and verify the website before entering them.
