What these numbers mean

Ratings, reviews & analysis

Only moderated feedback with permission for public analysis or publication is counted. Private feedback is excluded. Explorers' impressions do not count as usage ratings. Summaries use exact counts, selected topics and reported outcomes; they are not AI-generated endorsements. A small sample is not representative of all users.

Websites, visitors & conversations

Live means a production website had recorded BoloSite activity in the last 24 hours, not continuous uptime. Visitors are distinct browser identifiers per website over 30 days; the same person on another browser or website can count again. A conversation includes at least one recorded exchange. Recording starts with this feature; older usage is not reconstructed from billing counters.

Actions & verification

Confirmed actions require an accepted completion receipt. Retries are deduplicated; navigation started, external handoffs and unconfirmed submissions are not successes. Verified owner means the feedback was linked to a signed-in owner account and its website. It is not a guarantee of every statement in a review.
